Your pet is waiting for you & the Groomery staff goes home at 5

The Groomery family has worked hard to make your pet happy, clean, and looking good! Your pet is excited to come home and show off. Our staff is looking forward to seeing their own pets (and family) and trying to beat the traffic.

This means you must pick up your pet before we lock the doors for the night (5:00 pm).

No exceptions!

The Groomery closes at 5 sharp. Any pets not picked up before 5:00 PM will be taken next door to:

Boarding fees and late fees will apply. You may not be able to pick up your pet until the following day.

If you cannot pick up your pet before 5:00 PM we offer extended hours on Mondays. If you are late for any reason, you must call.

If we have to wait for you, expensive late fees will apply. You will be charged by the minute according to our clock (we don’t like doing this).

Pick up your pet before 5:00 PM Mon-FRi or before 5:00. They will love you for it and so will we!
